Located adjacent to Chesterfield Family Center, this park contains two playground structures, swings, and a walking trail. A pavilion is available.

This playground is designed for children ages 5 through 12. It boasts two large playground structures. One is geared more toward older children who love climbing. It features taller slides, monkey bars, and various climbing structures. The second playground structure is ideal for younger children. It has play features that are lower to the ground, and sliding boards of various lengths and heights. When planning a visit, please keep in mind that it is located at a school. Plan your visit during non-school hours. 

J.R. Martin Park in Republic, is a great spot for Springfield area families to play! Spanning 24 acres, it features a large playground area, a ¾ mile paved walking trail, tennis courts, and picnic areas with grills. The park's mature oak trees provide shade, and the Republic Veterans Memorial offers a reflective space. Parents will appreciate the pavilion and amphitheater for gatherings and live performances. With amenities like restrooms and ample parking, it's a convenient and enjoyable destination for family outings in Southwest Missouri. 

Lost Hill Park is a natural resource park boasting fields, wooded areas, with water features along the South Dry Sac River. There are plenty of shallow spots that are perfect for wading and splashing on hot summer days! The park covers 60 acres and has 2.2 miles of paved trails.

This playground accommodates children of all abilities, so they can experience the joy of play inclusively with their peers. Located at McBride Elementary School.

Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park is situated on 207 acres and is a great local attraction! The farm park was established as an educational and recreational space for the Springfield region. The farm park includes an animal barn that is home to a variety of animals, a visitor center and gift shop, a fun farm-themed playground, demonstration gardens, 20-acre native prairie, pastures, a fishing pond, and a one-mile paved trail along Wilson's Creek Greenway.
